In January 2009, we entered into a license agreement with GenomIdea Inc.(Osaka, Japan) for develop, manufacture and distribute HVJ envelope for the treatment of prostate cancer in Japan.
* As of January 2009, non-clinical studies are ongoing jointly with GenomIdea.

In October 2009, we entered into a license and joint development agreement with Eisai Co., Ltd. (Tokyo, Japan) for the development of denileukin diftitox, the treatment of patients with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), in Japan.

TSD Japan aims at in-license of the following compounds target from domestic and foreign bio-venture companies and pharmaceutical companies.

Target Compounds：	・Oncology, Refractory diseases and its adjuvant treatments ・Considered to have low priority for development by pharmaceutical companies ・Preclinical study is completed and Phase I can be scheduled in Japan
